Mr. Motivator helps office workers beat the afternoon slump

Emmi CAFFE LATTE has teamed up with fitness legend Mr. Motivator to reinvigorate office workers and push them to overcome the dreaded afternoon slump.
A study involving 1,000 workers revealed that productivity nosedives post-lunch, with the average employee losing focus at 2:12 PM. The main culprits include being desk-bound all day (35%), lengthy work hours (29%), and heavy lunches (23%).
To tackle this issue, Mr. Motivator led a lively 15-minute exercise session at Manchester’s Media City, encouraging workers to get moving to boost energy and motivation. “It’s super important to get moving whenever we can—big or small, every bit counts,” Mr Motivator said. He adds: “So, get up from that desk, shake it out with some easy stretches or a brisk walk outside in the fresh air you’ll feel fantastic during and afterwards!”
The research highlights how simple activities, like stretching or taking a quick walk, can significantly improve mood and productivity – underscoring the importance of physical activity and good habits in maintaining workplace efficiency.
