Little Tikes’ Cozy Coupe goes electric

To encourage families to take the plunge with a new electric car, LV= General Insurance and ElectriX teamed up with a child’s toy manufacturer Little Tikes’ to refresh the classic Cozy Coupe.

The kids’  car features an electric plug-in socket and charger cable, complete with an all-electronic dashboard.

The campaign to switch the Cozy Coupe to electric reflects findings from a survey of children between the ages of 6 and 12. It shows that 51% of kids are worried about climate change. The survey also found that kids want to see an increase in EVs, starting with their own families; 44% said: “they would like to see their own family make the jump from petrol or diesel to an all-electric model.”
