Cambridge University students go naked for charity calendar

Sportsmen and women from Cambridge University have participated in the creation of a naked calendar in order to raise funds for charities.
The pages feature students from the football, netball and ski teams of the famous British university.
The students posed in locations around campus including the dining room of Corpus Christi College, Sedgwick Museum of Earth Sciences and on the river.
One picture shows the girls football team using strategically placed balls and boots to preserve their modesty.
Directed by photographer Kevin Low , the calendar costs £ 10 and all proceeds go to local charities.
Photographer Kevin Low told Mail Online he had had a ‘great time’ shooting the naked charity calendar.
The stunt follows a long tradition of using nudity to grab the limelight.
Most famously in 1998 ladies from the Rylstone Women’s Institute in Yorkshire bared all to raise money for a cancer charity.
The stunt inspired a hit movie.
PETA are famous for their nude celebrity ad campaigns and their iconic slogan “I’d rather go naked than wear fur.”
Spencer Tunick, famed for his landscapes of naked people, produced a series of photographs in collaboration with Greenpeace.
600 volunteers lay down on a melting glacier to raise awareness of global warming.
