DollarShaveClub.com promo ad causes site to crash

A brilliantly well-scripted Youtube spot by a company offering delivery of razors for just $1 a month has been doing the rounds over the last day and a bit, causing relaunching razor company DollarShaveClub.com's website to crash under the weight of all the traffic being sent there (it's back up now).
The ad is called 'DollarShaveClub.com – Our Blades Are F***ing Great. Read on to watch it.

“Do you like spending $20 a month on brand name razors? $19 go to Roger Federer.'
'And do you think your razor needs a vibrating handle, a flash light, a back-scratcher and ten blades? Your handsome-ass grandfather had one blade. AND polio.'
(Speaking to an grinning employee sat in a cart with him:) 'We're not just selling razors. We're also making new jobs. Alejandro, what you were doing last month?'
'Not working.'
'And what are you doing nowww?'
'Working.'
