IKEA transforms the commute with its new portable pillow bag

We’ve all fallen sleep with our head on (or in) our bags, and woken up with a crooked neck – whether that be on the way back from a long day at work or after a late night out. Thankfully, IKEA’s come to the rescue with a first-of-it’s-kind padded pillow blue bag… the RESTERN.
The furniture giant has released a new and improved version of its iconic blue FRAKTA bag, with padded pockets that double up as a portable pillow.
The bag has been debuted in Singapore, one of the most sleep deprived countries in the world, with the aim of providing busy commuters some comfortable snoozing, before, after and even during work!
“With the entire country running on overtime, rest is often sought in unconventional places, and we saw the opportunity to bring comfort to the busy lives of Singaporeans by creating the world’s most ‘rest-able’ bag for one of the world’s most rest-less countries,”
